A few helpful answers

What to expect while your Fadewell order makes its way to you.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time is 5–12 business days after your order ships. Count from the shipping date, rather than the day you placed your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

This is an estimate; timing can vary by location and carrier conditions.

Why hasn’t my tracking changed?

New tracking: A new tracking number may take 24–48 hours to show its first update.

During the journey: Once the carrier has your parcel, tracking updates come from scans recorded by the carriers handling it. These are checkpoint updates, rather than a live view of every movement.

There can be gaps while your parcel travels between facilities or is handed to a local delivery carrier. Scans can also take time to appear online, and the frequency of updates varies by carrier. A gap in updates does not by itself mean your parcel has stopped moving.

Check the date and description of the latest event above. If your order is still within the estimated 5–12 business days after shipping and no delivery problem is shown, you can check back here for the next update.

What does “Order ready” mean?

Your order has been marked ready for shipping, but this status alone does not confirm carrier collection. The first tracking update may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Check the dated tracking history for a movement scan. If no scan is available, we cannot yet confirm your parcel’s progress here.

Why might my order have another tracking number?

A parcel can be handed to a different carrier for the final part of its journey. When that information is available, the local delivery carrier and tracking number appear with your shipment details. Updates can pause while the handoff is recorded.

What if only part of my order arrives?

Check whether your order has more than one shipment or tracking number. Separate parcels have separate delivery updates and may arrive on different days.

If another parcel is still in transit, follow its own tracking history. If all parcels are marked delivered and an item is missing, see the help guidance below.

When should I get help with delivery?

If your parcel has not arrived after 12 business days from shipping, we can look into it. Count Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If tracking says delivered, first check the carrier’s delivery location and whether someone in your household accepted the parcel. If it is still missing, or all parcels have arrived but an item is missing, get in touch.

You can also get help sooner if tracking shows a delivery exception, asks you to take action, or the carrier’s own page shows a different shipment status. You do not need to wait until the estimated delivery window ends.
